Navel orange一個3. 無鹽奶油半條，切成四份4. Grand Marnier 1/4 cup5. 白糖 1/2 cup作法：1. 把材料2榨汁放在碗中，加入材料3、4和一小撮鹽放在一旁備用2. 用一個鍋子（建議用稍微大一點的平底鍋，不過我都用sauce pan，我也不曉得差別多大）加熱材料5，中火，煮至糖融化並且變成琥珀色的焦糖，移開火，立刻加入作法1的混合物3. term='Cooking'/><title type='text'>滷牛腱</title><summary type='text'>今天看到噗友dreamfool問到要怎麼樣滷牛腱，我就忍不住拿來現醜一番，或許是敝叟自珍材料：1. 牛腱一顆，約1.5 lb2. 滷包（草果、小茴香、花椒、甘草、八角、丁香）3. 蔥（兩支）、薑（50 g）、水（1500 ml）、醬油（450 ml）、料理酒（50 ml）、白糖（100 g）作法：1. 先把牛腱川燙去血水後備用，通常是滾水後放入牛腱約五分鐘，但我每次都亂弄，也不知道標準如何2. 製作滷汁，把材料2和3放在一起煮滾，基本上滷汁的量以可以蓋過牛腱為準3. 滷汁煮滾後置入川燙後的牛腱煮滾後轉小火約1.5~2小時熄火4. 熄火後浸泡一晚讓滷汁慢慢滲入牛腱中5. term='Cooking'/><title type='text'>鹹酥雞</title><summary type='text'>鹹酥雞，很多台灣留學生最想念的台灣小吃之一，因此這一道菜在我的廚房點餐率很高，尤其是邊唱KTV邊吃鹹酥雞是Minnesota留學生的最大享受最解鄉愁的活動呀材料：Chicken thigh （雞腿肉）2lb醃料：米酒少許、糖2TSP、薑數片、蔥兩支、醬油、白胡椒粉（optional）麵衣：地瓜粉1cup、麵粉3TSP調料：五香粉、白胡椒粉、大蒜粉、鹽其他：大蒜碎末或者九層塔作法：1. 雞腿切成1吋大小的雞塊，放入醃料至少醃半小時（通常我都放冰箱一晚）2.把醃好的雞塊拿來裹麵衣，裹好以後稍微捏一下並且放在一旁讓麵衣定型3.起油鍋，讓油溫到燒到300℉後，放入雞塊，把火轉至中火，炸至九分熟起鍋（這邊我大概是4~6分鐘）4.再把油溫提高到350℉，把已經炸好的雞塊丟入，大火炸30秒到1分鐘撈出，就可以讓雞塊外酥內軟5.把炸好的雞塊灑上調味粉6.把火關掉後，</summary><link type='text'>Happy Anniversary</title><summary type='text'>轉眼間，來美國已經一年了，重拾書本的過程，卻遠比我想像的艱辛；是年紀大了，還是意志消沈了呢？對我而言，答案似乎已經呼之欲出了。這一年間，我做了什麼事情呢？念了基礎數學和程式語言、認識新朋友、到咖啡店打工拿SSN、把很破的英文練得沒那麼破、"體會"美國生活 and 做菜....，怎麼仔細想起來並沒有做了多少事情。打從一開始來美國計畫著要一年就把Master給唸完，沒想到Scott卻要求我要先上基礎數學，理由很簡單，我以前沒有上過線性代數，這對我真是一大打擊，想我已經在台大混了這麼久，居然小小一科線性代數沒有修到，都到這個地步，也只好硬著頭皮修課，一年下來，發現自己數學能力退化的還真多，都回到山頂洞人的時代，因此，數學能力回復中，但必須做得更努力；說到程式語言則是一直以來我最排斥的一件事情，在這邊，慘遭報應，未來一年更應該好好加強。某位史帝分先生說得好：</summary><link type='text'>STOMP，一齣結合了敲擊音樂、舞蹈，與情境喜劇的另類舞碼，起源於英國的Brighton；1991年夏天，兩位創作人Luke Cresswell與Steve McNicholas策劃，Stomp從倫敦一路走紅全球，不論日本、香港、西班牙或澳洲都有舞團巡迴的足跡。自1994年開始，Stomp落腳於紐約的Orpheum Theatre。很幸運的STOMP來Saint Paul的Ordway Center從6/10～6/15一共表演六天；6/12的傍晚，我興沖沖的駕著車到Saint Paul去，當然還不知道確切位置，在那附近繞了兩圈，找到一個10USD的停車，還真是貴；停好車之後往劇院的方向走過去，看著許多人也是往同一個方向，有年輕的情侶、一家大小、銀色夫妻，倒是沒看到像我一樣隻身前來的；門廳很漂亮，還有打扮古典的門僮拉著大門對你微笑；由於是臨時起意的，在Box
